I understand that AB Guns does not ship outside the lower 48 states of the United States. AB Guns also does not ship to Alaska or Hawaii or any other area that is prohibited by federal, state or local law. Please make sure you are aware of your local & state laws in regards to buying ammunition online. It is impossible for AB Guns to know ever changing laws and regulations of every municipality, county, state etc.

Shipping Liability
I understand that once my package is entrusted to a common carrier (i.e. UPS and FedEx) that ABGuns.com does not have control over my package. Additionally, I agree that once such common carrier delivers my package to the address I specified, I am fully responsible for the safety of my package (please make sure that the common carrier has access to a safe location at which to deliver your package).

Bots:
ABGuns.com does not allow bots/auto-refreshers/similar programs to purchase available inventory to ensure fairness to all ABGuns.com customers.
First Violation: Warning

To assist with our efforts to stop the use of bots/auto-refreshers/similar programs on our site, we have implemented a new limitation. Each account will be allowed up to a maximum of 10 cases per SKU, then for 20 minutes after that, your account will not be eligible to purchase to allow all other customers a chance at purchasing. After that 20 min time period, if there is inventory remaining, you can purchase that SKU again.
California Orders:
Customer is responsible for checking with the FFL dealer prior to placing an order that the FFL will accept the order/shipment. If the dealer is not accepting transfers, and order is returned to ABGuns.com , we will automatically refund the order LESS the 20% restocking fee. Please follow your tracking number to ensure the package is delivered to your FFL. Customer will be subject to any additional fees for reshipment to a different dealer. Fee can vary based on order. Any returned shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Typographical Errors:
In the event that a ABGuns.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, ABGuns.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ABGuns.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is voided, ABGuns.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

ABGuns.com may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to ABGuns.com

I understand and agree that if I decide to file a complaint against ABGuns.com or any of its owners, agents, officers, or employees that such a complaint must be filed within a court located in Grand Traverse County, Michigan. Furthermore, I agree that any such complaints not filed within Grand Traverse County, MI shall be immediately removed to a court within Grand Traverse County, MI and I agree to reimburse ABGuns.com and any other defendants for the costs of defending against the wrongly filed complaint or effecting its removal. I also understand that any complaint or legal suit I file against ABGuns.com , and any purchases I make from ABGuns.com , shall be governed solely by Michigan law. This includes any suit filed against ABGuns.com by someone else as a result of my purchases from ABGuns.com
